TESTIMONIALS
"My family was deeply saddened by the news of my mom’s prognosis after her recent hospital visit. We decided to call Megan to work with mom and see if there might be a way to keep mom at home instead of a senior care facility. It was THE best call we ever made! Megan’s expertise, warmth, and hope-giving demeanor not only lifted my mom’s spirits, but gave our entire family a sense of peace in these difficult times. She’s simply the best!"

"I met Megan last year while volunteering and, while chatting, we realized that she worked outpatient PT at the same skilled nursing center where my dad was a patient. Megan gave me great advice. She introduced herself to my dad, referred me to a woman to help make placement and care decisions and provided me with suggestions and resources for items that would help my dad with his PT and health. Megan is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and patient with seniors and their families. Finding care, resources and equipment to support aging parents can be difficult and Megan helped lead me on a path that made me feel more confident and comfortable."

"Megan Devlin is a knowledgeable and caring professional. She has the training to evaluate your condition and the skill to provide the exercises that will help you by strengthening your muscles. Megan instructs you by physically demonstrating the exercise and explaining what you should be feeling in your body as you perform the moves. For example, she might say “As you move your arms together while in the squatting position, you are strengthening your core muscles.” “Feel them contract”. Or, “With the right foot flat against the side of the wall, bring the left foot behind and then bend that knee.” “Feel the stretch in your calf muscles.” Her instruction not only illustrates the exercise, but also explains what you should be feeling so the strengthening will occur.
Megan was my instructor at a rehab facility in Los Gatos for at least two years. Having osteoporosis and scoliosis, it is difficult to stand up straight for any length of time. However, with Megan’s help I am finding it easier to be straight and for a longer period of time. She is providing warm water therapy for me in my own pool. I am very grateful. Not only is Megan an outstanding therapist, she is most personable and a pleasure to be with.
I would venture to say that with Megan’s explicit instruction and your diligent practicing, you will surely notice an improvement in your condition."

“Megan was a complete lifesaver after my mom's hip replacement surgery. Before her surgery, she did a phone consultation with me and my husband and walked us through what to expect when we brought my mom home. Then, she came to our house when we arrived home from the hospital. She helped us get my mom out of the car and then helped us set up our house for her recovery. She even came back several times to check in on my mom - she made sure she was doing her exercises and even walked her around the block! Megan has a heart of gold and my mom loved her! She's so good that we almost asked her to move in for a few days! We truly couldn't have done it without her help! ”
